Draftsperson

About the Role

Drafting and design company is seeking a part time draftsperson. Responsibilities will include:

*Create concept models from schematic diagrams and "existing conditions" as-built drawings.
*Perform detailing of installation methods with guided direction.
*Perform self-guided research of building components.
*Document and track all changes to construction documents through plan development.

Applicant must be proficient in designing with Revit and proficient in Microsoft.

Working knowledge of current building codes and 2 years or more of in-field construction experience is preferred but training may be available to the right candidate.
