About the Role
Homeowner is seeking an individual to assist with property management for a 5-acre lot. Duties include lawn care (tasks range from mowing, weed eating and raking to fence repair), occasional pet sitting and minor building repairs. Flexible schedule with an opportunity to live on site in a very nice RV that is provided by the homeowner. Due to size of the RV, the homeowner is seeking a single individual without pets.
Requirements
Basic understanding of property maintenance.
