About the Role
Performs professional tasks designed to educate and assist seniors and persons with disabilities with resources to meet their needs in community-based programs. These will include researching, identifying and providing information about human services, maintaining electronic and manual resource files and assisting with accessing services available in the community.
Requirements
Ability to drive to Clients homes for assessments in Ravalli County and Missoula County.
Knowledge of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred.
